Attention All Nevada Attorneys!
•
Nevada attorneys must earn 13 CLE Credits each calendar year: a
minimum of one (1) CLE hour on Substance Abuse, Addictive Disorders
and/or Mental Health Issues, two (2) hours of Ethics, and ten (10)
hours of additional credits, which may be all General Credits. Providers must
report CLE participation.

Nevada allows you to earn ALL (13) of your CLE Credits
by SELF-STUDY.
•
National Law Foundation is a Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education Accproredited Provider.
•
Self-Study of these
accredited Email Delivery, Audio Flash Drive and CD programs will obtain Nevada CLE Credits for you.

The State of Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education imposes a $3 per credit reporting fee, which we collect from the attorney and then pay to the Board for that attorney. We report course completion to the Nevada CLE Board ONLY after we have received that payment from the attorney. In order
for us to report your earned credits, you MUST mail: • a copy of your Certificate of Purchase and Completion AND
• a check, payable to "National Law Foundation" for $3 per credit earned to: National Law Foundation / PO Box 218 / Montchanin, DE 19710

Carry Forward Regulations: Nevada attorneys may carry forward a
maximum of twenty (20) General credits, four (4) Ethics credits, and two (2)
Substance Abuse credits that are in excess of the annual requirement. Extra
Ethics and Substance Abuse credits may be used to satisfy the General credit
requirement. However, extra Substance Abuse credits cannot be used to satisfy
the Ethics requirement.
