260-minute (4.3-hour), June 26, 2019 4-part program provides a useful
explanation of many law practice areas in which the relevant legal ethics rules
can present a minefield. Professor
Patrick M. Connors, Esquire, explains those rules and gives practical
suggestions for complying with them.
Mr. Connors is a Professor of Law at Albany
Law School where he teaches, inter alia, Legal Ethics. He is also a member
of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics and a
highly-respected speaker, author, frequent expert witness, and consultant on
legal ethics.
