Purchasing Downloadable Documents

Downloadable Documents are purchased just as other self-study materials, by placing the document package in the shopping cart and completing the online transaction. Immediately after the transaction is completed, an information/confirmation page is displayed with the link to your document(s). You will also receive an email with this same information and link. Downloads and other materials can be purchased in the same online transaction.

ZIP Files

Each Downloadable Document package is delivered a ZIP file.

ZIP files are files that have been compressed to reduce the time needed to download. A ZIP file is also used to bundle several files into a single file.

Some browsers will automatically unzip these files after the download or after logging off. Later versions of Windows handle ZIP files as compressed folders and the files contained in them can be directly viewed and opened.

If you are without the assistance of an accommodating browser or a newer operating system you will need an unzipping program. Below are links to the sites of three unzipping utility publishers, from which you may download an evaluation copy of their software. Tryout periods are usually around 4-6 weeks.
