Artificial Intelligence and facial recognition, in its current form, replicates existing biases and thus further promotes implicit bias in the legal profession and beyond. Antony K. Haynes is a Partner at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP and Group Head of the firm's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group. Antony is Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives at Albany Law School, where he created the Online Graduate School, as well as the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Program. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University, University of Maryland, State University of New York, and other institutions.
