Ohio attorneys must earn
24 CLE Credits including 2.50 Professional Conduct
credits each biennial compliance period.
Beginning with the 2014/2015 biennial compliance period, the Professional
Conduct requirement has been unbundled. This means attorneys may earn their 2.50
Professional Conduct requirement through any variety of subjects related to
professional conduct, including courses previously approved as
Professionalism, Substance Abuse, and Ethics.
Effective January 1, 2014, attorneys may now earn a maximum of
TWELVE (12) CLE
credits, including the required 2.5 Professional Conduct credits, by self-study.

Each course includes an Ohio CLE Participant Critique/Form 1(a) Equivalent Reporting Form for you to complete (except for Activity Number) and return to us by mail. We electronically report the Activity Numbers and your credits to the Ohio CLE Commission for you.
SPECIAL NOTE - Self-study courses for Ohio CLE MUST be completed by December 31 of the year in which they are purchased in order to receive CLE credit for that year's reporting cycle. Courses purchased during one calendar year, but completed in the next, may not be eligible for OH CLE Credit.
