Attorneys!  

• New York attorneys are required to earn 24 NY CLE credits every two (2) years -- 4 credits of which must be in Ethics and Professionalism topics.

• The remaining 20 credits may include any combination of Professional Practice, Skills and Law Practice Management credits, as well as additional Ethics and Professionalism credits.

• Ethics and Professionalism = ETH, Professional Practice = PP, Skills = SK, Law Practice Management = LPM

• New York attorneys who have been admitted for at least 2 years (hereafter “experienced attorneys”) may earn ALL (24) of their New York CLE Credits by individual/self-study of "non-traditional format" courses, including accredited "Audio CD", "Audio file" (CD-ROM), and "DVD" programs. 

• National Law Foundation has been certified as an Accredited Provider by the NYS CLE Board. Individual/self-study of nlfcle.com "non-traditional format" courses by experienced attorneys will obtain New York CLE Credits for you.

• Each order includes a Participant Critique for you to complete and return to us which will verify your individual/self-study. Upon receipt of the completed Critique(s) and verification of your course participation, we will send a NY CLE Certificate Of Attendance for each program completed.

• Financial hardship policy available upon request.
