Wealth Practice Group. He is certified by the Board of Legal
Specialization of the State Bar of California as a Specialist
in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law, a Fellow of the
American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and an
Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust
Law.
Mr. Gallo is the former chair of the UCLA Estate Planning
Institute and the American Bar Association’s Committee on
Generation-Skipping Transfers: Estate Planning and Drafting
and the Committee on Life Insurance Planning. Mr. Gallo
currently serves as Chair of the Committee on the
Psychological and Emotional Issues of Estate Planning of the
American Bar Association.
Mr. Gallo is the author or co-author of more than 75 published
articles, treatises and monographs on all aspects of estate
planning. He is a regular speaker at tax, estate planning,
insurance and family business/family office institutes
throughout the United States.
